Bookings are confirmed only after receiving complete travel details. Customers must provide accurate pickup location, destination, travel date, and contact information.
Taxi charges are based on the selected trip type (One Way, Round Trip, or Package). Toll charges, parking fees, state permits, and driver allowance are extra unless otherwise mentioned.
Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible in case of cancellation. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking time and travel schedule.
Our drivers will arrive on time at the scheduled pickup location. Additional waiting charges may apply if the waiting time exceeds the complimentary limit.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.
Our drivers are experienced, professional, and committed to providing safe and comfortable transportation. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate or unsafe passenger behavior.

Payment can be made through cash or available digital payment methods. The complete payment should be settled before the completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
